As a Production Manager at Matrix LLC, you are at the forefront of our mission to deliver precision-crafted custom cabinets through innovative, CNC-driven manufacturing. Your role is essential in overseeing high-volume production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a dedicated team in our state-of-the-art, highly organized facility. You will drive continuous improvement and meet ambitious production goals to support our commitment to exceptional custom cabinetry. We are seeking a highly motivated leader with proven experience in managing manufacturing teams, a passion for optimized CNC processes, and the ability to inspire excellence in every aspect of production.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire our existing, motivated production team to consistently deliver high- quality custom cabinets against aggressive production targets.
  • Maintain a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability
  • Support issue resolution including root cause investigation and an environment of continuous learning and improvement
  • Ensure our production team receives effective training and workforce development. Foster individual professional growth
  • Responsible for shift(s) and zones of manufacturing operations

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing teams in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience working with CNC-based production lines strongly preferred
  • Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)
  • Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
  • Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills with strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent with common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Expected Compensation

$75,000 – $95,000/year + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package
for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
